You have set up the CNAME records in your DNS and your subdomain connect.yournamehere.com is not working?
It could be there is a wildcard issue.
A wildcard is a DNS record starting with *. It looks like this *.yourdomainname here.
It could be this is causing the error. Please contact your domain provider and ask if it does any harm deleting this.
