Static Links #
Static links are URLs that remain the same for every user who clicks on them. They are not unique to each visitor and do not contain any dynamic elements that change based on the user who accesses them. Because of their uniform nature, static links are easy to distribute and they can be send to anyone. No need to ever make a new link again.
Characteristics of Static Links:

- Simplicity: Easy to create and distribute without needing to change connections.
- No Personalization: There is no way to personalize the content that the link leads to based on user attributes.

Personalized Links #
Personalized links, on the other hand, are tailored to individual users. You can set a Hello message like “Hey John this is Hank speaking, this is our way of onboarding. Please proceed”.
